NIGERIA
The report also highlights standout distributors based on user consumption across the year, with EMPIRE, Dvpper, and Sony Music taking center stage.
Among male artists, Asake, Seyi Vibez, and Davido raked most streams, while Ayra Starr, Mercy Chinwo, and Tiwa Savage led among female artists.
Shallipopi, Odumodublvck, and Spyro are mentioned as notable rising talents to watch out for - based on user consumption habits on the platform.
The most streamed songs feature Omah Lay's "Soso"; Kizz Daniel's "Cough (Odo)"; and Adekunle Gold's "Party No Dey Stop".
However, Davido's "Timeless," Asake's "Mr Money With The Vibe" and Omah Lay's "Boy Alone" secure the top spots as the most streamed albums on Boomplay.
